2tomatoes
cooking oil
salt
1onion
1 tbsroyco
garlic

Stir fry the onions with oil. Then add garlic then tomatoes.

When already mixed and soften, add 3 cups of water then dip the fish

Add salt and royco. cover to cook for 40 mins till you see creamy soup.

Remove from heat and serve
