Steps

Fry chicken meat with onion and garlic in 3 tbsp of oil

Add potato, carrots and butternut squash

Add salt, black pepper, ground coriander, ground ginger, anise seeds and bay leaf

Simmer for a while then add boiled water (about 2 l)

Cook it till it gets ready, take off the chicken and bay leaf then blend it, add cheese and blend again

Serve it with lemon and chopped parsley
