This recipe is quite simple, but really light and crispy! It requires a lot of eggs white, so it's nice for consuming them as well!

This recipe is quite simple, but really light and crispy! It requires a lot of eggs white, so it's nice for consuming them as well!

Preheat the oven to 110℃/230℉. Roast walnuts and crush them (or you can use nuts powder).

Beat eggs white. Add sugar in 2-3 times separately, and beat well till it becomes stiff, like a fine sponge.

Add starch and walnuts and mix gently.

Put the meringue into a plastic bag with a metal mouth and wring it out to make nice shape.

Put it into the oven and bake for about an hour, make it completely dry.

Keep them with a strong desiccant. Enjoy!
