Steps

Clean your lentils well and put them to boil for 1 hours untill tender.

Saute your onion in a sufuria. Add in your lentils and 2 spoonfuls of coconut cream. Add black pepper a little water stir well and let it simmer. Set aside once cooked.

In another sufuria boil your goat meat untill tender.

Add in sliced onion, green capsicum and tomatoes and add to the meat. Add 3 table spoons of oil and salt cover and allow them to cook for 5 minutes.

Add in corriander and a pinch of black pepper. Stir and set aside.

Boil 2 cups of water, add salt, a spoonful of oil and grated carrots.

Add your rice and let it cook. Once the rice is well cooked set aside and serve.
