Ingredients

  1. 70 glong thin white mushroom
  2. 100 gplain flour
  3. 2 pinchsalf (depend of the taste of urs)
  4. 3 pinchblack pepper (depend of the taste of urs)
  5. Spring seaweed (depend u want to put for garnish)
  6. Dauces (depend urself)
  7. Olive Oil (must cover mushroom)

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour the four into the bowl and put your mushroom (white color mushroom thin and long) into the bowl with flour cover, den put into the wok with oil (must cover mushroom) so able to cook become golden brown and crispy.

    When its turn to golden brown for about 2-6/10mins. When u send golden brown and crispy u may take out.

    You may serve with peppers & salts
