  2. 1/2cabbage chopped
  3. 10 stickssukumawiki
  4. 500 gcarrots grated
  5. 2tomatoes chopped
  6. 1onion chopped
  7. 50 gsalt to taste
  8. 50 grocyo to taste
  9. 1 tspcookin oil

    Boil the water

    After boilin and the maize flour and stir until al de cookin flour is well cooked,then al it to cook for a few minutes den remove

    Heat the oil in a cookin pan or sufuria, add the onion cook until golden brown

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes den al to cook,add your carrots den stir

  5. 5

    Add ur cabbage and stir den add your sukumawiki let them cook for about 15-20min then stir again, add your royco to add flovour in ur food

  6. 6

    Your may serve while hot or warm den garnish with tomato and onion.
