Ingredients

  1. 1 cupuncooked garden harvest rice (DO NOT use instant rice!!)
  2. 1 (10 oz)can french onion soup
  3. 1 (10 oz)can beef broth
  4. 1/4 cupbutter sliced into pats

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°

  2. 2

    In a 9X9 glass baking dish combine rice, soup, and broth (for a double batch use a 9X13 dish)

  3. 3

    Places pats of butter on top of the mixture

  4. 4

    Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes

  5. 5

    Remove foil and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes

  6. 6

    Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes then serve
