Ingredients

1 cupuncooked garden harvest rice (DO NOT use instant rice!!)
1 (10 oz)can french onion soup
1 (10 oz)can beef broth
1/4 cupbutter sliced into pats

Preheat oven to 425°

In a 9X9 glass baking dish combine rice, soup, and broth (for a double batch use a 9X13 dish)

Places pats of butter on top of the mixture

Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes

Remove foil and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes

Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes then serve
