Preheat oven 375 or you can fry in oil

Mix water and flour set aside

Then mix the cole slaw mix, soy sauce, ginger, and your choice of meat

Lay egg roll wrappers in diamonds shape and put 2 spoon fulls of mix in center of egg roll and wrap fold the left and right sides in toward mix the roll bottom corner up til top corners left (this is where the flour water mixture comes in) use finger tip and dip into flour mix and whip the top corner and fold to create a sticky hold

Place in oven and cook for 20 to 25 min or until cooked (goldfish brown)

Or if frying in oil use electric skillet or cook in deep frying pan (on medium heat) or deep fryer until golden brown
