Easy peasy way of making a filling salad that can be eaten warm or cold.
Steps

Boil cubed potatoes with a teaspoon of sugar to sweeten. Boil till it is soft.

Boil eggs, peel and separate the yolk. Then chop up whites.

Blanch carrots in water but for just a minute so there is still a crunch.
- 4
Drain cooked potatoes, and mix with chopped eggs, spring onions,dash of black pepper,carrots, lettuce and mayonnaise. And if you have chicken you can add to it and give it a good mix and voila. Its ready
