  • 5 cupsunga
  • spoonsoil,6
  • 2 cupsflour
  • H2o -water for rinsing hands
  • charcoals for cooking
  • Siyaa
  • Girgirip
  • 1plate for covering
  • Pan for cooking

Steps

  1. 1

    Fill cup with water

  2. 2

    Mix maize unga with flour until it turn in liquid form but not so loose

  3. 3

    Allow charcoals to catch fire,and let heat

  4. 4

    Spread fire under frying pan

  5. 5

    Pour 1 spoon of oil on pan and rubs

  6. 6

    Pour 1/2 half a cup on pan and use a girgirip

  7. 7

    1-3 minutes, then remove it with your hands

  8. 8

    It's now ready to be serve,then accompany by meat,bean soup,you can
