  2. 1/4 cupbolied peas
  3. 2 pcscarrots chopped
  4. 1 pconion chopped
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 1/2 ltrwater
  8. 2 tablespooncpoking oil

Steps

45minutes
  1. 1

    Boil meat until cooked

  2. 2

    Add onions and then tomatoes steam till cooked

  3. 3

    Add peas and then salt let it cook 4-5 minutes

  4. 4

    Add water boil for about 3 minutes

  5. 5

    Serve while hot with maybe steamed rice, ugali, or makoroni
