  • 1/2 kgraw meat
  • 1/4 cupbolied peas
  • 2 pcscarrots chopped
  • 1 pconion chopped
  • 2tomatoes
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 ltrwater
  • 2 tablespooncpoking oil

Steps

45minutes
  1. 1

    Boil meat until cooked

  2. 2

    Add onions and then tomatoes steam till cooked

  3. 3

    Add peas and then salt let it cook 4-5 minutes

  4. 4

    Add water boil for about 3 minutes

  5. 5

    Serve while hot with maybe steamed rice, ugali, or makoroni
