Sukuma served with ugali
This is my husband's favourite meal.
Steps

Wash the vegetables thoroughly and chop them into sizeable size.

Put cooking oil in a pan let it heat up for 20 seconds.Add chopped onions and stir for a minute to cook till golden brown.Add salt to taste

Add chopped vegetables and stir then cover to simmer for 1 minute.

Uncover and crate the carrots to the vegetable stir then remove from fire
- 5
Serve while hot with ugali.Enjoy
