  1. ● For The Seafood
  2. 2 PoundsLG Presteamed Plump Shrimp [deveined - shelled]
  3. ● For The Sweet & Spicy Sauce [vegetables & herbs fine chopped]
  4. 18 ozSweet Thai Chilli Sauce
  5. 2 tbspGarlic Chilli Sauce [+ reserves for service]
  6. 10 ClovesFresh Garlic
  7. 1 tspDried Crushed Thai Chillies
  8. 3 tbspFresh Thai Basil [or 1 tbsp dried]
  9. 1 tbspFresh Ginger
  10. 1 tspLemon Zest
  11. 1 PinchSaffron
  12. 3LG Jalapeno Peppers [deseeded]
  13. 2 tbspHabenero Peppers
  14. 1/2 CupCilantro Leaves
  15. 1/4 CupGreen Bell Peppers [deseeded]
  16. 1/4 CupRed Bell Peppers [deseeded]
  17. 1/4 CupOrange Bell Peppers [deseeded]
  18. 1/4 CupYellow Bell Peppers [deseeded]
  19. 1/4 CupViadalia Onions
  20. 1/4 CupRed Onions
  21. 1 tbspSoy Sauce [+ reserves]
  22. ● For The Sides [as needed]
  23. Soy Sauce
  24. Siricha Chilli Sauce
  25. Jasmine Or White Rice

Cooking Instructions

15 Minutes
  1. 1

    Mince your herbs and vegetables.

  2. 2

    Add everything - except for shrimp - to a pan and saute for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Use an instant Jasmine or white rice and microwave as per manufactures directions for extra ease.

    Add your shrimp and saute untill warmed. Serve over fresh Jasmine rice. Enjoy!

Thanks for this recipe. Have been searching for one like this. I knew of one that added water chestnuts and bamboo shoots to it.
