The classic recipe and it is can be prepared in really short time.
Steps

Prepare the ingredients: slice mushroom, chop onion, slice chicken, chop parsley.

In a non stick pan, pan fry the mushroom until golden brown with 1 tbsp oil. Remove it out. Season it with salt and pepper.

In the same pan, pan fry the chicken until well cooked. Remove it out to the plate, season it with salt and pepper.

In the same pan, remove excess fat. Add the chopped onion, pan fry for couple minute. Lower the heat.

Add the water/chicken stock. Bring it to boil. Then, add the heavy cream. Mix it well until it is homogenized.

Season the sauce with salt, pepper, chili powder.

Add in the cooked mushroom and chicken. Mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes. Set it aside.

In a pot, cook enough water (2-2.5 ltr) to boil the pasta. Add salt generously.

Cook the pasta until well cooked. Strain it out.

Place the pasta back into pot and pour the sauce into the pasta. Mix it well and cook it with medium heat for 3 - 4 minutes.

Add the chopped parsley and mix it well.

Voila, pasta chicken mushroom cream sauce is ready.
