  1. 1 kgpotatoes
  2. 500 mlcooking oil
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 3tomatoes
  5. 1small onion
  6. 1small red pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes and dice into long small sizes

  2. 2

    Put cooking oil in a deep sufuria and let it heat up.

  3. 3

    Put the sliced potatoes into the heated up cooking oil.Make sure you put small quantities.

  4. 4

    Let it cook for 3 minutes.Turn the chips then let it cook another 3 minutes

  5. 5

    Continue with the same process until it is done.Cut the tomatoes,onions and pepper mix to make kachumbari

  6. 6

    Serve the chips with kachumbari then put some tomato sauce.

  7. 7

    Enjoy.
