Soak channa for 5-6 hours then boil it till tender

Grind onion garlic ginger in smooth paste

Make tomato puree

Make a paste off all the dry masala

Heat oil in deep kadai add onion paste and cook till its light pink in colour

Now add salt tomato puree and masala paste

Cook till it leaves oil

Add cooked channa in it

If needed add water and close the lid and let it cook on low flame till the masala mixes with the channa

When its done off the gas and add chopped coriander and serve it hot with kulcha

For kulcha mix all the ingredients nad make a soft dough and keep it for 3-4 hrs to rest

Make medium size balls and roll it out like roti and put some water on one side and stick it on tava

When its done from one side turn the tava towards the gas flame and let it cook from other side

Take it out on a plate and put some butter and serve it hot with prepared chola
