3-4 pancakes

180 mlnondairy milk or water
120 goats
70 gcorn flour
2 tbs.nutricional yeast
1 tbs.lemon juice
salt and pepper
1chopped onion (purple)
1grated zucchini

Blend everything exept onion and zucchini
2

Transfer in a bowl and add onion and zucchini
3

Bake in a pan on each side for 2-3 min
4

Serve with fresh tomatos
