Chop the kales to slicy pieces. chop the beef then put to boil with salt for 40-45 mins.

Until soft and can be eaten. fry with oil, onions and tomatoes

Cook for a few minutes then sprinkle dania. cook for 5mins then remove from heat. steam the kales with oil and onions then serve with beef.
