Sieve flour into a large mixing bowl, add baking powder and sugar

Add butter, eggs and vanilla

Then mix with a whisk or spatula in one direction to get a smooth batter

Turn batter into a 6" prepared baking tin and bake in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean
