  1. 1 canCalifornia squid
  2. All-purpose flour for dredging
  3. Oil for frying
  4. 1lemon

    Drain the squid from the can and, if you like, rinse them.

  2. 2

    Dredge the squid in a plate of flour until well coated.

  3. 3

    Fry the squid in hot oil.

  4. 4

    After serving, squeeze the lemon juice over the top.
