Favorite Tahini Rolls
Sweet, syrup-soaked tahini rolls.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, yeast, sugar, and spices. Mix well. Add the oil and mix with your hands. Gradually add the water and knead until you have a smooth dough. Cover with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes.

Make the syrup by boiling all the syrup ingredients (except the orange blossom water) for 3 minutes. Add the orange blossom water at the end. Let the syrup cool.

Prepare the filling by mixing all the filling ingredients together in a bowl.

Once the dough is ready, knead it well and divide it in half. Roll out each half into a rectangle. Spread the filling over the dough and roll it up. Cut each roll into 4 pieces and flatten each piece with a rolling pin. Repeat with the other half of the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for about 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour the cooled syrup over the rolls.
