Ingredients

20 minutes
6 servings
  1. 2 tbspgold foil Stork block margarine
  2. 2 tbspsoft brown sugar
  3. 2 tbspgolden syrup / treacle
  4. 2 tbsphoney / agave nectar
  5. 1 tspcinnamon
  6. 1/2 tspmixed spice for baking
  7. 90 ggluten-free rolled oats (not instant)
  8. 40 gground flax / linseed
  9. 40 gdesiccated coconut
  10. 1/2 tspvanilla extract

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Gently melt the margarine in a saucepan over a low heat with the sugar, syrup, honey and spices

    Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl

    Stir the liquid mixture into the oats etc. Set aside to cool

    Preheat the oven to gas 5 / 190C / 375F

  5. 5

    Lightly grease a 6 hole muffin tin

  6. 6

    Press the cooled granola into each hole to form a cup or bowl

    Bake for 15 minutes then let cool completely in the tin

    Once cooled, gently remove from the tin using the edge of a spoon

    Fill with yogurt and add a topping of your choice
