  • 200 mlamazake
  • 100 mlsoymilk (milk)
  • 5 gsuger (if you need)
  • 5 ggelatin

Steps

  1. 1

    Put amazake, soymilk (or milk), suger in a pot.

    Heat it up when it begins to boil, turn off the heat then add gelatin and mix well.
