Ingredients

  • 500 gramsMushrooms
  • 1 Cup- Peas
  • 2Medium,Cut into small cubes - Onions
  • 1Medium - Tomato
  • 2 tsp- Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp- Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp- Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp- Kashmiri Lal Mirch
  • 2 tsp- Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp- Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp- Jeera Powder
  • According to Taste - Salt
  • 2 tbsp- Oil
  • 1 tbsp- Cashew Nuts Paste
  • 1 tbsp- Fresh Cream or Malai
  • 1 tsp- Kasoori Methi

    Sabse pahle Mushroom ko achche se wash kar le or boil kar le thode salt ke sath.boil ho jane par use thande pani se wash kar le or kitchen towel par achche se dry kar le.ab Mushroom ko cut kar ke rakh le...

    Ab ek wok ya kadhai me oil garam karein or small cubes me kate hue onion ko golden brown hone tak fry karein jab onion fry ho jaye tab usme ginger garlic paste daal ke achche se fry kar le...ab us fry masale me dhaniya,haldi, lal mirch powder, Kashmiri lal mirch,jeera powder mix kar le.

    Ab tomato purie daal ke mix kar le or achche se fry kar le.jab tamatar fry ho jaye or oil chodd de usme cashew ka paste daal ke fry kar le.Ab usme Mushroom or matar add kar de or thoda sa pani daal ke dhank de or thoda thick hone tak cook kar le.

    Jab apki sabji cook ho jaye usme kasoori methi,garam masala or cream daal ke mix kar le or dhaniya patti se garnish karein.

    Apki Miloni Mushroom Matar ready hai isse aap parathe ya butter nan ke sath serve karein.
