  • 250 gwheat flour
  • 2 tablespoonsugar
  • 1egg
  • water

    Boil 2 glass of water add sugar and egg then use mixer to stir.

    Add flour use mixer or a wooden stick to stir unti it becomes smooth.

    Heat 2 tblspoon of cooking oil in a pan then add little mixture

    Turn the other side to cook.

    Serve hot with tea
