Ingredients

20 minutes
  • 4 glassesrice
  • 60 mlcooking oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Put the rice in a bowl and then add hot water to soak it then cover for 10 minutes.(During this time you can prepare your stew.)

  2. 2

    Since the rice is half cooked put 4 glasses of hot water in a sufuria.

  3. 3

    Add cooking oil and salt to taste.

  4. 4

    Add the half cooked rice and stir then cover to cook for only five minutes.

  5. 5

    Hot rice can be served with chicken stew enjoy.
