4 piecespotatoes
1onion
2fresh pepper
1green pepper
Salt
1carrot
2eggs
1/4groundnut oil
1/2 teaspooncurry
6 piecesfresh tomatoes

Steps

1

Cut and wash potatoes.place dry pan in fire add groundnut oil.

Add the potatoes one after the other.turn and bring down onces is ok.

Place a dry pan on fire,Add groundnut oil then sliced onions stir add pepper and tomatoes.

Allow to fry for 1min.add salt and curry then the carrots and green pepper.
5

Break the eggs in a different bowl and beat then pour in one side and stir.sauce is ready.
