Steps

Peel the watermelon (just the red part) and remove the seeds.

Mash the watermelon pieces by hand in a large bowl. Add the flour and the sugar and mix.

Oil the biggest tray of our oven and sprinkle with a bit of sesame and cinnamon.
- 4
Pour the watermelon mix into the baking tray.
- 5
Sprinkle the top with a bit of sesame, cinnamon and a little bit of oil.

Bake at 180°C for about an hour until the surface is golden brown.
