Ingredients

  1. 1 cuptrahana (traditional coarse dried mixture of semolina and dairy)
  2. 4 cupswater
  3. salt
  4. pepper
  5. butter or oil
  6. cheese (according to what you prefer, all kids of cheese will do)

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the water in the pot and immediately, as the water is still cold, add the trahana!

  2. 2

    Stir well over medium heat and add the salt, pepper and the butter. Boil for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly!

  3. 3

    Finally, when it is ready, add your cheese and it is ready to serve!
