Ingredients

  1. 200 gsugar
  2. 250 gbutter
  3. about 1/2 kg flour
  4. 4eggs
  5. 1 tsplemon zest
  6. 4 tspbaking powder
  7. 1-1 1/2 tspvanilla
  8. 100-150 groasted almonds, coarsely ground

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream the butter with the sugar.

  2. 2

    Add the rest of the ingredients one by one.

  3. 3

    Finally add the almonds and mix.

  4. 4

    Form koulourakia, brush with egg yolk and bake at 180οC for about 30 minutes.
