Ingredients

500 gsifted self-rising flour
2 tbspmargarine
1onion, finely chopped
1 tbsporegano
1 cupcrumbled feta cheese (if you like you can use more)
1 handfulolives, finely chopped
1 cupand a little more water
1little milk for brushing
1little salt (optionally)

Steps

Melt 1 tbsp of the margarine, sauté the onion in it and let it cool.

Add the flour, onion, the melted margarine (melted, not hot), the oregano and the feta cheese into a bowl.

Add the water little by little and knead until it doesn't stick.

Make a small loaf, score using a knife and brush the top with the milk.

Bake in a moderately slow fan oven at 170°C for about 40'.
