Spread out the puff pastry sheet on your worktop. Spread the cheese evenly.

Make a tight roll by rolling it on its long side. Take the two ends of the roll and twist it at least 5 times and as many as it takes to make the twisted roll thin.

Place it in your baking tray forming a spiral.

Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for about half an hour.
