Mix oats, canola oil, salt & butter together. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake for about 15 or 20 minutes in a 350°F oven.

Add brown sugar, honey, apple juice & molasses to a sauce pot and heat until melted and blended together. Add vanilla.

Add the toasted oats to a bowl. Then turn the oven down to 325°F.

Add nuts and rice cereal to the rolled oats mix. Add wheat germ. Toss.

Add sticky ingredients and stir throughly.

Spray a foil lined baking sheet with baking spray. Spread the granola mixture onto the baking sheet. Press mixture down firmly into the sheet. Place in oven for about 25 minutes or so.

Cut granola bars and dip them in the chocolate about half way down.
