Grab the fish with both your hands and press your thumb downwards so that the head is removed.

Holding the head, place your index finger where the head was.

Drag your index finger towards the tail of the fish in order to remove all the innards.

Cut the fish open and wash under running water. That was it. Your fish is ready for cooking.
