Ingredients

  1. 2 cupminute rice
  2. 1 cantomato juice
  3. 3bell peppers
  4. 1 lbground beef
  5. 2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Cut lids off the peppers and gut them until hollow

    Cook ground beef until brown

  3. 3

    Soak rice with equal parts warm/hot water on counter for 5 mins/ until soft

  4. 4

    Mix beef, rice and preferred spices(ie. Salt, pepper, parsley) and stuff the peppers

  5. 5

    Pour 2 cups of tomato juice(half way up the peppers) into a pot with the peppers upright and put the lid of the pot on to boil the papers until they are soft.
