Ingredients

30 pieces
  1. 6medium-sized zucchinis
  2. 1/2 cupolive oil
  3. 2onions finely chopped
  4. oregano, as much as you like (I used 1 tsp)
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 cupcountry style mizithra or anthotyro or any other kind of cheese
  7. pepper
  8. salt
  9. self-rising flour, as much as it takes to make a soft dough

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate the zucchinis on the onion grater.

    Season with salt and set aside in a strainer.

    Then squeeze them to let out their liquids.

    Mix all the ingredients together.

    Form little balls.

    Arrange them in a baking tray that you have brushed with oil.

    Bake using the grill for about 1/2 hour.

    Halfway into baking turn them bottom side up.
