Ingredients

  1. 1onion (peel and cut into bite sized pieces)
  2. 3eggplants (cut off the tip, cut into bite sized pieces)
  3. 2 Tbspsesame oil
  4. Sauce (mixed in advance):
  5. * 1 Tbspsugar, vinegar, sake, mirin
  6. * 2 Tbsp soy souce
  7. * 1 tspgrated ginger
  8. * 1 tspgrated garlic(optional)
  9. toasted sesame for topping

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add eggplants and onion and stir fry for 1-2 mins.

    Pour in the sauce and simmer until the sauce thickens, the liquid is almost gone.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle with the toasted sesame.
