Ingredients

  • 400 gfeta cheese
  • 1egg
  • 1little pepper
  • plenty of fresh spearmint
  • 3-4 tbspheavy cream (optionally)
  • any kind of filo pastry that you like, I roll out filo using the sun method

Steps

  1. 1

    Crumble the feta cheese and add the rest of the ingredients.

    Mix and it is ready to be used as filling with the filo of your liking.

    Bake at 180°C until golden brown. That should take about 45 minutes.
