500 gyogurt (or slightly more)
1 cansweetened condensed milk
the juice of half a lemon
lemon zest or instant coffee powder

Mix softly the yogurt, the milk and the lemon juice with a fork.

As soon as you have a mixture that is well combined place it in small bowls (preferably) and garnish with the lemon zest or the instant coffee powder.

Place in the fridge for a couple of hours and it is ready to serve.
