Ingredients

  1. 1large sweet onion
  2. 1 cupmayo
  3. 16 ozcontainer of sour cream
  4. 1 teaspoonwhite pepper
  5. 1 tablespoononion powder
  6. 1 teaspooncelery salt
  7. 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  8. 1 tablespoonbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Finely dice onion.

    Caramelize onion in butter until golden to dark brown.

  3. 3

    Mix together in a bowl, mayo, sour cream, onion powder, celery salt, garlic powder, and white pepper

  4. 4

    After onion is caramelized, put them in a bowl and let them cool either on the counter or in the fridge.

    Mix together the cooled onions and sour cream mixture.

  6. 6

    Let dip cool in the fridge for at least one hour prior to serving.
