Clean the lettuce and wash thoroughly, keeping only the large leaves. Then, dip them one by one in a pot of boiling water until they are blanched and tender.

Grate the onion in a bowl, finely chop the parsley and dill, add salt, pepper and the beef stock cube. Then add the ground meat and the rice, mixing well until everything is combined.

Take the lettuce leaves one by one and stuff each one with your mixture.

Fold in the sides first and then roll each one up.

Place them side by side in a pot. Add a little lemon, oil and just enough water as to cover them.

Boil for an hour.
