I make this to use instead of bacon,good flavored,goes well with my mushroom burgers :)

Thin slice mushroom
- 2
Grill on griddles until see the brown line both side
- 3
Mix marinate sauce ,stir well,add in grilled mushroom ,chop a fews basils leaves ,marinate about 15 mins,save marinate sauce to season mushroom burgers

Warm on grill again before use as bacon on my mushroom burger recipe ;)
