  • 3large erinjii mushroom
  • 2/3 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspoyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 tbspworcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 tbspsesame oil
  • 1/3 tspground black pepper
  • 1 bunchbasil

    Thin slice mushroom

    Grill on griddles until see the brown line both side

    Mix marinate sauce ,stir well,add in grilled mushroom ,chop a fews basils leaves ,marinate about 15 mins,save marinate sauce to season mushroom burgers

    Warm on grill again before use as bacon on my mushroom burger recipe ;)
