Place the oil in the pot, add the onions, the garlic, the parsley, the dill and sauté lightly.

Add the zucchinis and the potatoes after you cut them, mix a little and then add the salt, pepper and water as much as needed to cover them then let them boil.

When they have boiled well, before you remove from heat add the lemon, leave for five minutes then turn off the heat.
