2 Tbsolive oil
1onion (chopped )
2 Tbsgarlic (minced)
114.5oz can chicken broth
118.5oz can tomatillo (drained and chopped )
1 candiced tomatoes (14.5oz )
1 candiced green chilis (7oz)
1/2 tspdried oregano
1/2 tspdried coriander seed
1/4 tspground cumin (more for spice)
2 earsfresh corn
1 lbdiced, cooked chicken meat
1 canwhite beans (15 oz) - great northern or cannelloni
1 tspblack pepper

Use med/large soup pot on medium to high heat. Heat oil and cook onion until glossy.

Stir in broth, Tomatillos, chilis, and spices. Bring to boil then simmer for 10 mins.

Add corn, chicken, and beans and simmer 5 mins. Season with pepper and jot sauce to taste.

Tip: For thicker chili mash or blend a portion before adding chicken.
