For the fillingPlace the ingredients in a bowl adding them one at a time and mix.

Then form cut the dough into round shapes, fill them with the filling and fold to shape as crescents. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C until golden brown and when you remove them from the oven dust with icing sugar and cinnamon.
