Mix the olive oil with your favorite herbs in a bowl. Add the garlic or the onion. Set aside for some time to allow for the oil to absorb all the fragrances.

Cut the bread into very thin slices.

Bake in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes so that they form a crust.

Let them cool and then brush them with a thin layer of the oil mixture on both sides then bake until they get golden brown. If you have a fan oven turn it off and leave them with the fan for 10 minutes so that they dry out.
