  3. 1 tspOlive Oil
  4. 2 tbspCookwell Hatch Vinaigrette (or your favorite)
  5. 1/4 CParmesan, grated

    Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add oil and garlic

    Stir in spinach until wilted.

    Add in vinaigrette.
