1packet of small tripe
1small onion
1small green pepper
1small carrot
2 tbsoil
1 cube of knorrox

Wash tripe thoroughly

Cook it well until soft

When is cool cut it into small pieces
4

Dice all veggies and fry them add knorrox
5

When tender poor your tripe with a half cup water and let it boil for 10 minutes

Serve with pap
