Ingredients

  1. Jowari atta (Sorghum flour)
  2. 1 tsp.sesame seeds
  3. 1 tbsp.raisins
  4. 1 tbsp.chopped cashews
  5. 2 tbsp.gulcand
  6. 1 tbsp.finely sliced rose petals
  7. melted ghee or as required
  8. 1/4tsp.cardamom powder
  9. 1 tsp.rose water
  10. 2 tbsp.powdered sugar
  11. dry fruits, pinch of saffron & sliced rose petals to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast the jowar flour till you get a nice aroma coming through.

    Mix together the roasted jowar flour, roasted sesame seeds, gulkand, raisins, chopped cashews, cardamom powder......
